The practice of the science of meditation is open and beneficial to all, whatever our objectives are. We can meditate to experience mental calm and be free from mental restlessness, as we all go through moments of restlessness from time to time. In this way meditation can help us stay focused and support us in accomplishing our material objectives. If our goal is to find happiness in the world, meditation can certainly help us achieve that by giving us the inner experience of unalloyed joy at all times. If we are religious, meditation can help us gain a deeper and more profound understanding of our religion. If our wish is to attain physical health and well-being, we can certainly attain that through meditation. Finally, if our goal is to attain spiritual enlightenment, meditation opens for us the inner spiritual path, gives us inner strength and fills our lives with joy.

MEDITATE! WHATEVER YOUR GOAL IS, MEDITATE,
FOR YOU WILL DEFINITELY ATTAIN IT THROUGH MEDITATION. |
